Job Verification Letter 急问

我在准备申请Perm。律师要求我提供job verification letter来证明以前的工作经验。在信上，还要详细写明以前的工作职责。我的问题是：

如果信上的工作职责不能完全符合申请perm的工作职责，怎么办？我担心原来的老板不能给我证明所有的工作内容，律师那边通不过。
