Should I try to convince my previous boss to include this responsibility, or just whatever he put down on the letter? Or should I try to talk to the lawyer/HR/current boss to drop this responsibility, as I have nothing to match? Actually this responsiblity is an important part of the job, and I'm afraid my current HR/boss won't agree to drop it.
