Thanks for the helpful suggestions. When filing the WOM case, I was confident that name check will be clear within 60 days and the AUSA will settle the case, because we have very strong evidence, waiting 2+ years for NC and exhausting all possible means to fasten it. I didn't think much what if the AUSA will suggest MOD to the judge.

After researching this topic as well as the suggestions from you and Xiaobaitu, I will take a flight in the court. Here are some questions if you can help: (i) Can I represent myself or do I need a lawyer. What are the pros and cons in both cases? (ii) If I decide to represent myself, what I can do or prepare now to win the case?
