485 WOM dismiss. 请小白兔和各位大侠相助！！！

4／2005 I140,485同时申请，6／2005 I140 EB1批准。之后I485了无音讯, NC pending
两年有余，8／2006排期已到。多次给议员和USCIS联系，答复相同。4／2007递交485
WOM case，告USCIS和FBI拖延办理NC。今天给US District Attorney打电话，说已和FBI
联系，但无结果，因为他手上的类似案子有等了3，4年以上，他要提交我的案子到法庭，建议法官dismiss。

请问现在我除了withdraw my case, 还有没有别的办法。我现在没有律师，请建议一位
好的律师。另外，dismiss 对今后我的485有无影响。谢谢
