请教：结婚的手续和办理绿卡的程序

我可能很快就要和一个美国公民结婚了。但是我一点也不知道应该怎么样办理结婚手续，结婚登记时去纽约CITY HALL需要准备什么材料？另外持有B2商务签证可以在合法入境的时间内和公民结婚吗？这样的签证对以后办理绿卡有什么影响吗？我对这些知识是一无所知，特请教各位。在此先谢谢啦。
