谢谢小白兔,但是I-130表上明明写着如果在CA递交,应该寄到Laguna Niguel, 是不是针对如果父母不在美国的情况下才寄去Laguan Niguel, 如果父母就在美国转化身份,就通通寄到Chicago? 万分谢谢.
