I-130和I-485要同时寄到Chicago还是Laguna Niguel?

我在ＬＡ，申请父母在美调整身份，请问I-130和I-485要同时寄到Chicago还是Laguna Niguel USCIS California Service Center

If the form I-130 petition is being filed concurrently with form I-485, both forms at the local USCIS office having jurisdiction over the place where the form I-485 applicant resides.
