Questions for "首先，您的费用不能全部减税，而只是超过您的AGI的2%的部分"
Suppose I payed my immigration laywer $5000 for the whole GC processing, and my Federal AGI is S40,000, 2% of AGI will be $800, so $5000-$800=$4200, this $4200 can be used as deduction, so my final AGI will be $40,000-$4200=$$35,800.
Am I correct?
