As (3) about I-824, he can not enter US with B2 visa: When I file I824, I do not put his information on the form. Do you mean after I send the 824 out, he can not use B2 visa, or after 824 approved, or after he file GC application with following to join? When I apply 824, I just justify my status, not really start to apply GC for him. I think he start the real process when he fill out the application form for himself in a few months. Can he still use B2 before he file GC application? Or he simply can not use after I send 824 form out?
xiaobaitu, is there any way you can suggest for this situation in order to let him stay and study here and get GC later in a safe way? Thanks very much.
