xiaobaitu, can I file these two together? thanks

xiaobaitu,
1. Can I file N-400 for myself and I-824 for my child in China now together?
2. Although my child got B2 visa, I do not know what is the best way to do in order to let him stay in US legally and permanently? And he wants to come and stay ASAP. To go to public school in US, does he need to wait until result from N400 or I824? Any suggestion from you, xiaobaitu?
3. After I file 824, can he enter US with B2 visa legally?
