WOM高手幫忙：狀子要先適到ＶＳＣ嗎

等了兩年半的４８５，決定ＷＯＭ，送狀子到法庭前是否要先送一草稿到ＶＳＣ，告訴他們如１個月沒搞定，就法庭見？ 還是直接送到法停去？
