我曾经给很多部门写过complaint letter。有的会回，有的不会。比如如下面的这些人，uscis director, your serivce center director, dictor of fbi, director of dept. of justice. 最好对他们经常性的写信，比如半个月一次，用最普通的信寄就可以。说不定有用。
