我同事申请LC时的职位要比我申请时的职位底两级. 但职位类别是相同的(软件工程师).如果我用同事的LC申请I-140&485会有任何风险吗? 如果有, 会是怎样的风险哪?
First of all, as what I said, the LC includs his name,and prevailing wage track number. So, you can not use it. If your lawyer said you can, I do not think he did perm before.
2. 如果我用同事的LC申请I-140&485. 这会对我现在的LC申请产生任何影响吗?
It must be a fraud case.
3. 如果我的LC被批准. 我依然可以/有必要用我自己的LC再申请I-140&I-485 吗?
