LC替代问题

我的LC还在申请, PD是2003年. 我现在H1已超过6年. 前两个月PERM被拒. 现在公司有一个人的劳工卡批下来, 但他已经有绿卡了. 律师说我可以用他的劳工卡. 不知会不会影响我自己的劳工卡? 他的劳工卡是EB2, 我的也是. 但我的级别比他高.

我的LC今年会有消息. 不知会不会有被拒的可能. 申请替代是不是增加保险系数还是把事情变得更慢更复杂?
