1/4/05 I-140(NIW)/I-485 filed to NSC
8/7/05 I140(NIW) approved
10/1/06-12/24/06 Case status inquiry by contacting with Senates,Conressmam,USCIS,infopass. Was told Name check is pending.
12/28/06 Filed WOM

1/10/07 called the local US attorney. She said she won't expedite my NC but will communicate with FBI, USCIS.

2/1/07 got letter from FBI (the congressman forwarded my NC inquiry to FBI) indicated: my NC has been cleared and results was forwarded to USCIS at Jan. 10, 2007.

我的问题是：
1．我现在是否需要与那位US attorney 联系，将FBI 的信转给她，告诉她NC已完成，让她尽快与 USCIS联系，如果能在3月5日（法庭限定答复60天的最后期限）前批准我的案子，我可撤案，达成庭外和解。

2． 或者按兵不动，静观其变，如果3月5日后绿卡还未批，在hearing 中，再将FBI的信拿出来。

或者其他的方法。

我知道，尽管name check 完成，但USCIS 还是拖着不批的情况，大有人在。

所以请小白兔和其他专家给个主意。
