H1身份过期半年，还可以再工作吗？火烧眉毛。。。。

我是H1，半年前被lay off，直到现在才又找到新工作。


请问各位董法律的朋友，我还能transfer到新公司去吗？还是我的身份已经黑了不可以再工作或者转换成H4（我丈夫刚找到工作。已由F1变成了H1）？
