A lot of people can, I know that. But in this case, it might be better to get the waiver instead of wasting time to wait on GC. Her hubby just got H1. How long do you think it can take for him to get just GC for himself, let along for the family. And every single day counts toward out-of-status stay.

I did my research and I am not trying to 危 言 耸 听. You are sugar-coating the seriousness of this and it won't help anyone.
