Still I am a little confused. Two more questions:
1. I will reach my H1B 6 year limits next April. If I go back China after that, how long should I stay there so I will be eligible for another 6 year H1B? if I go back to F visa, do I need finish with a PhD degree or a MS is enough? Is there a time requirement for that?
2. If I find a job with a salary $10,000 lower, can I use this my EAD for this? However, my EAD will also be expired next July, Can I renew my EAD? I am hoping that I am lucky enough not getting a RFE.
