I have the almost complete same situation as yours.

But my lawyer told me I can work with EAD as long as the new position is similar position in the same field.My questions are:
1. same field? what does it mean? To be the exact same or just similiar?
2.If I have to work with EAD, but I can not find a job in Jan.Is it ok?
