回复：不 用 I-140批 准 ， 只 要 递 交 再 拿 J 就 有 麻 烦 ， 除

我倒是想过不提，自己偷偷办就是，现在140材料都准备好了，下星期就能递上去，可就怕万一在明年2月份以前批准了，不知道移民局会不会通知这边主管部门不能再延J1，或者是即使给延了，但没到生效日，移民局查到后也是麻烦，不管哪种情况，到时候都彻底没戏了。这边主管部门只给J1签证，不给其它的。
现在主管部门既然已经知道了，我就再写信去说不再递交140了，不知可否？等明年的J1生效以后再递交，这样如何？
