Labor Certification Approval notice was lost

My LC became “certified” online on 9/14. However, the law firm said they have never received my LC approved notice from Department of Labor. They called Dalas BEC and was told it will not be resent. As a result, although my PD is passed, I can’t file AOS concurrently.

What impact does this have on my GC application? My external attorney told me they will file 140 with a request of duplicate LC, but it will take more time. My company already approved my premium processing request but teh attorney is not sure if Premium can help in this case.


God, after waiting for 2.5 years for LC, this happened. I can't believe this. Now, i dont know if BEC sent it out at all OR law firm lost my mail. The only thing i know is i will be suffering from somebody's mistake. What shall I do? Please help.
