回复：Labor Certification Approval notice was lost

as I know the approval notice with certified ETA750A should send to Lawyer, also the approval letters to the employer and yourself.

if none of you get approval letters except online, it is possible they haven't mailed it out yet.

I know my LC was certified in June last year and I got the final paper in the middle of August...

it takes time for the Certified Offerer to stamp it.

be patient...sorry I can only console you in this way.

although 140 with request LC takes longer time, DOL does have website to ask for duplicate LC. you are still qualify for concurrent filing 485...
