请教几个结婚绿卡问题

现持H1,准备明年结婚. 请问大家一些问题,

1) 如果中间公民配偶去世,那么绿卡申请是否自动终止,有无解救的办法?
2) 如果拿到临时绿卡后,仍然继续持H1,不使用绿卡,那么即使结婚绿卡申请被拒绝,是不是可以仍然用H1继续工作?
3) 最坏的打算,如果被拒绝,以后回国,能否再申请其他类型的移民签证?

从申请到拿到绿卡大概要多长时间?听有人说结婚快到两年在申请,拿到的就是正式绿卡了,真的吗?
