1,如果结婚超过两年，在没有拿到绿卡的情况下对方去世，还是可以拿到绿卡的。
2，已经拿到有条件绿卡后，就没有资格再延续H1B
3，在条件绿卡延期被拒绝的情况下，可以上诉，也可以回国重新签H1B
结婚两年后才批准的绿卡是十年的正式绿卡
