母亲病危, Local officer 说不能办理加急AP, 怎么办?

今天去Atlanta Local Office 申请加急AP, 移民官说他们不能办里,原因是我们的485 是Employee-Based, 他们只受理Family-Based 485 pending. Is this right? 急盼有经验的朋友和专家给个建议. 在线等,多谢了.
