回复：File I-824 w ur I485

我大概明白了，可以将我们和他的I-485一起file, 加上给他在境外领事馆面谈的第三邮包I-824。等到485批准了，他的就会被转到广州领事馆进行移民签证的面谈。

他除了出生公证外，还要什么别的？
