xiaobaitu, radiology： 我们的485没戏了吗？

我和我太太数年前在日本因涉嫌帮助他人(朋友)假结婚曾被警察逮捕，最后我无罪释放(未起诉)，我太太被法院判罚款。去年递绿卡申请(NIW)时在485中未在“been arrested, cited, charged, indicted, fined or imprisoned for breaking or violating any law or ordinance, excluding traffic violations?”选Yes.现在才意识到问题的严重性。请问我们的绿卡是否彻底没戏了(140 approved)。是否有什么办法可挽救。
