Xiaobaitu,tks 4 yr rply regarding2 divorce cert.

Since I saw below message posted by Howdy, I worried if I didn't provide divorce certification, my 485 approval time would be delayed again


"Filing 485, must include a copy of a divorce judgment if divorced. It does not matter whether you file for employment-based or on family based. It is to see whether you have fullfill the legal obligation for child support etc.

If you did not have it, normally USCIS will ask for it. Or in cases an interview is scheduled, you must bring a copy of the judgment with you to the schedule."

Can I it before I get RFE from CIS? Don't wanna be delayed due to this...
