I ever saw many cases base on EB got I-485 approval

without a divorce certificate, usually CIS will require a diivorce judgement if you have married a new
spouse.Under the Immigration & Nationality Act,the new
marriage will be cosidered as unavalible exceipt you may provide a divorce judgement for previous marriage.
