HELP, HELP on NIW JOB CHANGE

Dear friends,
I have some questions about NIW job change. What's similar area really mean? For example, my NIW is based on cancer research. cancer research is a branch of biomedical research. Does that mean I can change my job only on cancer research area, or as long as stay in biomedical research, which is much broader than cancer research , is good. There is item on I-140, nontechnical deion of proprosed employment, I filled in as " cancer research/biomedical research"
