time line for my green card

Finally we got our green cards! Hooray! Both me and my hu*****and at the same time. Here are some time lines for our case processing. Although i know they might not be helpful for you, i just want to say, hope is on the way. Don't lose hope!

2004.09 both I-140(NIW) and I-485 ted to Texas center 2005.03 biometrics (just fingerprint)
2005.05 Intent to deny
2005.08 I-140 approved
2006.05 biometrics (fingerprint+photo+signiture)
2006.08 green card

I have a question. What is the meaning for Category on green card?
