missing something

2005.10 i got refer for my I-485
2006.05 when we went to local office for biometrics, the offical told me both of us were under name check. You can understand how much upset we were! The officer suggested us to contact Texas service center to push FBI to speed up. So we did. We wrote several letters to the director.
