1) where to file AP application?
我的律师说现在所有的AP申请都要递到Chicago. 可USCIS网上的instructions说AP for family-based 485 cases才递到Chicago。大侠们，我的AP申请到底应该递交到哪里呢?

2) 131填表问题，class of admission
律师说应填”140 approved, 485 pending” 。请问是这样吗? 可上次坛子里有人说应填current visa status。
--140 approved, 485 pending,AP是因为"485 pending"才给你的.

3) 131填表问题，purpose of trip
律师说最好填回去参加学术会议。可我实际上是回去探亲的。请问我应该撒谎吗?
--没必要撒谎,也没人会check

4) 131填表问题，for how many trips you intend to use this document
律师说应填one trip，因为会给几份AP 纸。请问是这样的吗?
--为什么不要多次?一样的钱. 如果填one trip,可以给几份AP 纸,但不保证给几份AP 纸
