请教小白兔或其他大虾：H-1B transfer刚file又想转F-2

我现在是H-1B,前段时间身体不好，所以想换到比较轻松一点的工作。结果就在上周新的公司已经帮我file了H-1B transfer了，我现在又想索性不工作转F-2了。

我现在还在老的公司工作。不知道新的公司刚file了H-1B transfer,我转F-2是要到新的公司开证明，还是到老的公司开证明？
