I Filed in 2003 based on my hu*****and's I-140 EBI and EB2-NIW.
Vermont Service Center.
My hu*****and naturilized last year and filed 1-130 for me in 12/2005 to support the same case and approved 06/2006 mentioned the same A#.
Can I file another I-485 with or without mentioning the same A# in local INS office. Will that be a help?(To run the process agian may have a chance to be passed?
