跪求高手——我的485交上4年了

跪求各位高手，我该怎么办？

估计这个坛子里像我这么倒霉的人还没有。我的485是2002年8月交上的，眼看都要4年了。EB1是2003年4月批准的。中间打了两次指纹，都没有下文。485在04年6月转到纽约，没等到面谈，2005年11月又被转回Vermont，据说1万个职业移民案子都被转回去了。中间我不停地打电话、 infopass去查去催，结果都是让我等等等。上周终于等来第三次打指纹的通知。我不知道下周打完指纹后，还要等多久？
坛子里有没有有相同经历的，跟我分享一下信息？
刚才看到Radilogy的回复，非常感激。我的律师一直说我不能再递交一份485，因为一个人只能有一个A number。
还有，如果告VSC能促进案子的审理么？她们会不会恼羞成怒更拖着不批了？
