这样对我的NIW会有什么影响?

我现在是学校博士后, H1-B, NIW 140批了.但PD是09/2005.估计还且得等.

我现在想2007年9月去念一个MBA学位.只是不知道该以什么合法身份?而且MBA将和我的原专业完全不相关(材料).如果485到时还没批,大家觉得会有什么样的影响和风险?
