关于孩子出生在美国，带回中国是否还有美国国籍的回答

除非孩子的父母或是其中一方是外交人员，否则孩子均为美国国籍。除非本人成年之后履行退出美国国籍手续，否则不论是否成年，是否已经拥有美国护照，都不影响其国籍
