子女为中国公民。意思是中国政府不承认孩子是美国人，而美国不承认孩子是中国人(如果你告诉美国领馆孩子有美国公民身份，他们肯定不发给孩子签证，而是要他/她以美国护照入境)，所以没有daul natioality的问题
