小白兔，谢谢你的回复。我是在离境后申请valuntary departure的。现在在等法官在上面签名，我律师告诉我“take that romove out",请问是什么意思呢？
你的意思是除了h1签证或移民签证，其他签证我都不能通过，是吗？请问我的情况，如果申请h1签证，会通过吗？
