不可太过。如果她执意要离,你大可以不签字，并向家事法院提出抗辩，包括生活费的问题(因为H4没有收入来源)，共同财产分割问题...其实真实目的也不是为钱,只是缓兵之计。这样搞一搞,一年半载都离不成。那时肯定你已经转成别的身份了。
