1. your F1 visa petition will be turned down for sure due to you pending 485. after using AP, you become AOS (not F1 any more)

2. you can apply H1B when find a job after graduation. you will need to go the US consulate outside the US for an H1B visa stamp in order to keep AOS and H1B dual status. before doing that, you have to let your employer submit I-129 petition to the USCIS and get it approved
