2. you can apply H1B when find a job after graduation. you will need to go the US consulate outside the US for an H1B visa stamp in order to keep AOS and H1B dual status. ( Do you mean i need to go to the third country to get a visa stamp? or i need to go back to China to get the visa stamp? Thanks)

before doing that, you have to let your employer submit I-129 petition to the USCIS and get it approved
