question, please help.

I have a job offer from a company. But i am still in I-485 step, if i take this job (industrial postdoctoral position) will this affect my approval? If this offer is not a permanent one , will this affect my approval?
my I-485 was sponsored by university(EB-1 OR). but i am waiting 1 year and seven months after the petition. It still in the pending.
if anyone have any opinion, please help me. Especially the opinion from similar situation. Thanks for your help. Thanks for Wojan and
