CIS把我的CASE丢了吗？

EB2, VSC, 485 pending,PD became current 3 months ago.

电话咨询，两个月了，自动语音答复总说临时故障找不到我的CASE，找到rep
答复说他的电脑里能看到我的CASE, 他们会在30天内给我书面答复。30天了，没有mail。CIS把我的CASE丢了吗？我现在还能做什么？
