I don't agree with above suggestion

You may do so in theory,but if you marry a US citizen within 2 weeks & then file an immigration application,
the immigration officer almostly will consider that you
cheated when you applied your B visa,unless you told the VO of US consulate you have a boy/girl friend in USA,your application maybe meet trouble.One of my friend met same situation,her greencard not yet after
she had married a US citizen for 2 years,though her name check has cleared a few months ago.
You should apply K1 visa to come USA for getting married,or apply K3 after you getting married in China.
