thanks. I will write to USCIS directly to explain that I have already had my fingerprinting taken and give them the stamped reciept. At the same time, I will go to the local office and ask for prove letter that my fingerprinting has been taken there. I think those are the things that I can do. Hopefully they will accept my explanation.
