Xiaobaitu and Mytwocents 等, Please help!!!!

My hu*****and hold H1 visa, which will expire at May 10, 2006. A month age, we applied for extension for H1( my hu*****and) and H4(my daughter and me). Now, we find that we did a mistake in my form I-539, we included my daughter as my dependence rather than my hu*****and. My daughter and I both should file form I-539 respectively.

My question is:
1. How do we revise the mistake?

2. Should I send a letter with receipt number to explain the mistake ( we have had receipt. but still pending), then submit another form I-539 for my daughter.

3. What kind of documents we should submit when we re-apply H4 extension for my daughter.
