You should say NO to the quesiton unless either you or your daughter is ever involved in employment. Then you need to write in a separate paper that your hu*****and supports the family. In case you say Yes incorrectly here, refile. In case you put your daughter's name as the supporter of the family, I believe that you can just write to CIS to correct the mistake, it is a minor issue.
