Title从博士后换到senior research associate, 要重办H-1吗？

老板准备把我的title从postdoctral reseach 换成senior research associate,
我现在的签证类型是H-1B. 如果要换
title的话，是不是还得重新申请H-1B. 如果是的话，大概要多长时间.
很着急，望了解情况的朋友指点。多谢多谢！

这跟涨工资有关系？涨得不多，大概涨8.5%.
